(bottle) Hazy, chestnut colour with a big and slightly beige foamy head. Sweet (grape-sugar) and mildly toasted malty aroma with a light touch of wheat and berry-fruity notes, accompanied by clovy spice. Slightly sweet flavour, a bit slim bodied with a moderate carbonation. Earthy and slightly toasted malty and wheaty taste with hints of caramel and mildly fruity notes of banana and berries; dry-ish, slightly toasted and fruity wheaty finish. A tad too slim to be a real gem, nevertheless a pleasant dark Wheat. 28.X.10

Bottle: Cloudy, amber coloured, big - quite stable - nearly rocky off-white head; moderate sweetish fruity-vinous nose with a tinge of wheat and toasty malt; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied; drier swourish-fruity and toasty-wheaty finish. Not bad, not bad.....

Bottle 500ml.

Murky medium grey amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, leather, light banana. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long to average duration, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101015]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque brownish with an off-white head. Banana and roast in the nose. Medium body, sweet banana, roast and overripe fruit. A little late sweet licorice. 151010

Towering cream head over red-amber, cloudy beer. Fruity nose, ripe dark fruit, and also mango. Lightly roasted malts, with fruit (served actually a bit too cold to be appreciated fully). Medium bodied, wheat slickness. Good, if unspectacular Dunkelweizen.
