Draft from brewery tap. Pours pale yellow w/small white head. Aroma is not strong, some grass and mild hops. Almost more like a pils than a lager.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, finger-thick off-white to beige head. Mostly grainy nose, a touch of fruity hops as well. It’s medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with flavors of pale malts, generic fruits and some bitterness. Short finish. Far from foul but utterly boring. A bit sweet to be quaffable. 110128

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110128]

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of hay and malt. Taste is light to medium sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. A bit of svovl and hay. Some malty sweetness. Bready flavor with a dry hoppy finish. Short end.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yelow with a white head. Sweet and malty nose. Medium body, sweet malts - very clean. Very subdued hops in the finish. Pleasant - and a classic Helles. 280111

Pale golden, lazy carbonation, smaller white foamy layer; vegetables in the grainy-bitter nose; very light bodied, light sweet-bitter flavour; grains, onions and some bitterness in the finish. Gulp.....

Draught from Brewery tap, bottle also at a restaurant in town. Rating is the average. Very fruity, refreshing and alive from the bottle. From tap it wasn’t really that much better, it had a stronger butter taste, plus slightly richer malts. A bit too much butter, though also a lot of fruit. Very malty, good hops, good overall.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Strawy malty and slightly doughy aroma with a touch of fresh wort. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Sweetish pale malty taste with shy grainy spots; sweet malty and subtle grainy finish with a very faint bitterness. A bit monotonous but drinkable Helles. 07.X.10

Draught Golden beer with Grünstich and good white head. Very fresh, herbal/grassy nose. Bit empty, grainy taste, with a bit perfumy lining. Slightly sweeter ending. Bit empty palate as well, light body. OK Helles, at least not too sweet.
