Aroma is pine, passion fruit, dank citrus and onion. Woah, there is a ton of hop aroma in this for the relatively low IBU count. Was told by the brewer that was the intent. Huge aroma, moderate bitterness. Sweet caramel and biscuit are present in the aroma also, but definitely take a backseat. Pour is a deep golden yellow, with a persistent head of eggshell. Taste is sweet hop juice: onion, pine, citrus, passion fruit, and a slight muskiness. The hops are delicately interwoven into the malt profile, creating sweet, well-hopped beer. Finish is sweet initially, but has a nice bitterness, too. Very well done.
