Fles.

Bottle shared with Jo @ BierMarkt. Aroma: floral, earthy, spices. app: hazy pale with small white head. Taste and palate: medium body, smooth, abrupt light acidity finish. A tad dry. Probably oxidated. Overall: tastes better then it smells. Like the mouthful.

Pops out of the bottle & into the glass like a house on fire, all foam all the time. Not sure how that happened, as its been sitting in my fridge peacefully for a week. The body of the brew is the colour of dried apricots. A straight forward Belgian Strong Ale with lots of fruit & sugar in each sip.

Classic abbey tripel with hazy peach blonde colour and medium thick, off-white head. Estery and yeasty character, apple, banana, hint of orange, sourish touch but in a more dull than refreshing way, bready maltiness in the middle and some alcohol along with floral hops in the finish, yeasty as well. Ordinary and nothing to seek out if you’re from abroad. I sometimes call this "the master of disguise" as I’ve encountered it in many different aliases: Verrebroekse Flip, Zwijntje, Klingse Kalsei etcetera.
