3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Papsoe (22946) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden with a nice full head, lots of sediment. Very full-bodied and with a very evident alcohol. OK indeed, but a bit rough and characterless as with some Bios beers. 270394
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 yespr (22161) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2008
33 cL bottle. Pours deep orange and golden with a huge off-white head. Classic Belgian yeast aroma, quite strong malt accent and a solid alcohol note. Flavour is much the same, quite strongly flavoured from spiced yeast and barley/alcohol leads into a sweet almond/marzipan like finish. Reminds me alot about a dobbel bock. Certainly not a triple at all.

Golden coloured. Aromatic fruity aroma - smells like ripe peaches. Sweet, vanillaish and medium bodied, but dangerously drinkable. Not much bitterness, so the finish is more like a fruit salad.

Golden color, generous head. Very nice malt aroma, dry spices, Tripel, leaning on a pleasant fruitness. Good flavor, spicy, but quite ordinary, in its category, nothing peculiar.
