Reddish brown, dense offwhite head, lots of carbonaization. Aroma has caramel, chocolate, nutmeg and mocca, a bit musty. Fizzling in mouth, sweetish in the beginning, bur furtheron more bitterness, with espresso, chocolate and mocca. Long finish, not too sweet.

Capped 750 from Wine and Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours dark ruddy brown with a beige head. Aroma is mixed berry and wood. Sort of fruits de bois. Med body. Lots of fruit sort of cola, astringent wood - hints of of metal - in the finish.

Bottle. Pours dark amber clear with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. Aroma is heavy with roasted malt, caramel and Belgian yeast. Taste is medium sweet, roasted caramel malts, Belgian yeast and alcohol notes. Medium carbonation, creamy in the mouth.
