Clear, blond, large white head. Sweet aroma, like that of bread and honey, but not potent. Sweet flavor, but with some unpleasant off tastes as well. Not particularly appealing but drinkable.

Beer pours (in flute glass) a light golden colored liquid with little or no head. Aroma is of straw, grass, vegetal. Flavor is of a medium amount of hops, straw, grass. Nothing unusual or special compared to similar beers available. Sampled at 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Blonde, with soft visible carbo. Slight haze, though served just a hair below cellar temp. Voluminous white head. Aroma is slightly bready, slightly plasticy (I've long felt this brewery's yeast is just plain dirty). Hints of mint & fennel have slightly interfered with what I've expected in this brew. Palate is heavy-sitting with oil and alcohol, sour rambutans, odd herbs. Slight lime note is a distraction (so much so that I swear my mind's palate drifted from lime to lyme). Finishes sweet. As van Steenberge goes, this is relatively complex but overall there are too many odd things here and I'm still not a fan.

Bottled. HAzy golden. Yeasty aroma with notes of cabbage(?). A yeasty, champagneish palate. Fresh and sour with a lot of yeastiness.

Hazy golden, with quite a lot of yeast in it. Has a yeasty and somewhat sweet aroma. Flavor is from cirtus and the yeast is there as well. Maybe too much yeast in this one.

Raisins and dough in the nose, yeasty, bit of pepper with a sweet, dryish finish. A bit of a sour tang midway through.

I can't believe this beer has a 3.28 average, it is one of my worst beer experiences ever! It has a nice pale white head and a strange yellow body with a lot of yeast leftovers. The smell is terrible, (rotten) apples and a LOT of alcohol. The taste is just as bad, very sweet and alcoholic and, in my opinion, really nothing more. I took two sips and poured the rest out.

The aroma is very sweet with notes of spices, lemon, oranges, and yeast. The color is a hazy orange and it has a beutiful huge though collapsing white head. The flavor is dominated by sweetness combined with a mixture of spices, I think corriander is one, a quite nice combination of sweetness and spicyness. In the middle the alcohol runs prickling over the tongue. In the end the spicyness turns woody dry with a slight hoppyness to it. The mouthfeel is a little thin in the beginning, but when the alcohol kicks in it is great. A quite nice beer - one of the better Triples on my tastebuds.

Blond color; incredibly giant and creamy head. Malty and spicy aroma, dry (the classic coriander). Good body structure, not too much sweet not bitter; a light sour note and wood touch, peculiar in a Triple..
