Hugh white head - soon disappearing - with hazy organge-brown body. Cereal, leaves, cheese, hint of pumpkin. Heavy carbonation. Pleasant big alcohol kicks in the bitterness of the hops. Enjoyable beer for sure with a good price. (33cl bottle, 1,80 EUR)

A not very distinct strong ale. Muddled banana and cardboard flavor although the nose is ok. I’ve had better BSA’s. looks good though light amber color with a frothy, meringue like head.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle once bought in Dranken geers in Belgium. A cristal clear golden pour with a huge white fluffy head. The aroma is classic belgian blond-style. Some melon notes along with piney yeast notes, some caramels and alcohol. The taste is rather perfumic with a light body with a watery palate. Caramelnotes and artificial sweeteners, some honey and biting alcohol in the finish along with some bitterness. Really not impressed.

330 ml pours a very amazing glass. A thick semi yellloe white head sits firm atop this beer. Aroma gives off strong hints of bananas and citrus. Taste is very refreshing with strong notes of fruites. Leaves a thick rich after tates that lingers strong on the palate. Truly an amazingly crafted beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle conditioned, 330ml, from The Bottleshop, Bruges aged 6 yrs. Slightly clouded amber gold with explosive white head. Still really lively after ageing which stirred the yeast up somewhat. Strangely this still tastes a little on the raw, spiky side, there is a sharp, slightly herby, spicy character, positioned against a bitter malt note. Tastes just a little unbalanced.

Brought home from eu roadtrip. Clear golden with a thick creamy white head. Great powerfull yeast fruity aroma with notes of banana, lime and berries. Also has a herbal touch of coriander. Flavor is welbalanced with the alchohol doing nothing but good matched up to the fullbodied deep malty sweetness and yeasty fruit. Great!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I disagree with the "staying head" part of the pitch, it’s a little thin but still not bad. Nice blonde body. The aroma is soft, heavy on the malts with only a hint of hops. The taste is a load of grass on the front odd citrus notes, easing into a heavy alcoholic and grassy bière-de-garde finish. Good mouthfeel. Rather nice, a little more complex than I expected.

This is what a beer should look like. Clear, golden/copper color, big strong head. Taste starts nicely malty, but then the alcohol comes on and stays. Viscous mouthfeel, alcohol aftertaste.
