This has a clear sherry taste to it--which gives it a real personality distinct from its big sister Augustijn or other tripel-style brews. Nutty aftertaste balancing a mild but persistent fruitiness.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle @ Café Gollem. Golden colour, big white head. Aroma of sour apples, malts, yeast. Flavour is fruity, malty and some yeast, lots of carbonation. Not too good.

Jul 17, 2008 330 ml bottle. Pale golden colour, a good white head, always keeps a lace on the surface. Champagne like aroma, with spices and lemony hints, some apple too. In mouth is sparkling, remember me of champagne but also of sherry wine, apples, lemon and spices. Dry after taste. I wouldn’t matter to try another one any other day.
