330mL bottle from LCBO. I like it - not as heavy or quite as flavourful as Duvel or Chimay White, but it’s easily quaffable, and rather tasty.

Jul 12, 2008 330ml Smells like banana’s and yeast, pours golden with a large white head. Sweet and spice, with a tarty-sweet lasting finish. Dry on the palate. Not bad, but nothing spectaular. Very drinkable

Jul 4, 2008 Bottle: Pours cloudy copper/gold with a massive head with a life of its own. Banana and clove aroma. Initial taste is smooth, heavily carbonated with yeast and banana notes. Then the taste becomes dry followed by a savory semi-sweet aftertaste. The taste of the beer is subtly complex.

Jul 3, 2008 12 ounce bottle from a mixed 6 pack purchased at the Davis Food Co-Op. Spicy, banana-clove like estery yeast aroma. Some light sweetness also lingers in the nose. Pretty quaffable. Mildly hazy honey-golden body with a massive massive, white head that actually dissipated pretty quickly. A pretty spicy hop start that becomes a bit earthy in the middle. More bitter spiciness before a pretty dry finish that is moderate in length. Some banana esters make a presence as well. Pretty light and pretty dry. A bit different.

thx 4 great tasting Kimjohansen, formely known as Beljohansen :-) amber beer, no head, notes of yeast, malt, fruit. sweet and sour taste, short aftertaste

Jun 22, 2008 This beer is OK, but seems to be a bot watery for a triple. Slight sweetness, hint of Orange and grapefruit.
