Bottle 01/2012. Pours Dark brown reddish, clear. Medium creamy beige head. Aroma caramel, roasted malt, bread. Medium body with maltiness sweet. Medium body medium smooth texsture, however turns into a flat finish. Aftertaste is short with weak hops. Drinkable, nothing special. Might taste more interesting in room temperature, I had it cooled.

I enjoyed this with dinner at the Augustiner-Keller and Augustiner Großgaststätten in Munich. Great on tap, never had it in the bottle. Really wish they sold this in the US. Malty with light hops, light fruit undertones mildly sweet.

Glowing dark red, as lovely as they come. Malty nose. Rich fruity and malty beer. Pumpernickel. Too sweet to enter the serious leagues, but I’m sure this is as authentic as they come.

Bottle. Dark amber, small to average and fully diminishing light brown head. Light to moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light roasted malt. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light roasted malt. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel, faint roasted malt and hoppyness. Sweetish dunkel - finish is slightly drier due to faint hoppyness and roastiness.

Clear reddish brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 241111

Egészen sötét, vörösesbarna színe van, ami tisztán ragyog, ha a nap keresztül süt rajta. Habja bézs színű, krémes, igen terjedelmes és közepesen gyorsan olvad el. Illata karamellás, édeskés, gyógyfüves és medvecukros. Édeskésen, bocskorszíjasan kezd az íze is, aztán jön hozzá egy adag pörkölt maláta, komló, gyógyfüvek, égetett cukor és aszalt szilva. Közepesen testes és szénsavas. Utóíze is gyógyfüves és gyümölcsös, keserédes és enyhén fanyar, a legvége elég száraz. Igen figyelemreméltó és veszélyesen könnyen csúszó barna.
