500ml bottle. Aroma is malty, light coffee, roasty. Appearance is dark brown with a light white head. Taste is sweet and sour. A long lasting, light dry and sour mouth feel. Light watery though. An overall very good Dunkel.

Draught @ Augustiner Bierhalle, München. 24.4.2013. Clear cola brown beer with a beige frothy head. Aroma has sweet and roasted malts. Flavour is dry with roasted malts. Medium body but a bit light and watery.

Bottle, 5.6%. Dark brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, little bread and a littler nutty. Flavour is malt, caramel, nutty, little bread, little sweet, hop, little bitter and a little chocolate.

Lots of coffee/dark chocolate bitterness in this brew. Color is dark reddish brown (like cola), with fast disappearing head. Aroma is smoky, wooden, burnt toast. Taste is mellow bitterness and fairly dry, and very smooth. A great dunkel.

Chestnut brown with fluffy latte head that collapses to a few mm. Sweet Vienna malt, molasses, red fruit, medium bodied, light carbonation, very sweet and malt led. Shredded wheat and fairly dry finish. Its a grower.

Taste of chocolate and toasted malt very carbonated and satisfying. Dark as cola but not very aromatic.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Very quaff dunkel with some aromas of malt and sugar. Not a bad one and even more drinkable.

Clear dark brown colour with low head and thin body. Nose of wood and malt. Taste of light smoke, wood, metall, barley and sour milk. Not that easy to drink but no bad beer at all. Little bit too dull and barnyard-like.
