Bottle,
this beer had a clear yellow-gold pour and made a one finger or more of a white head,
effervescence was lively, streams of bubbles everywhere in the glass, and this beer left some spots and fingers of lacing on the sides of the glass,
the aromas were light malt, bread, light grass hops,
and the flavors were light malt and bread, a little cracker, and very little sweetness,
there was a little lemon citrus and hop bitterness after the finish,
the mouth feel was light on the palate, an ok drink.

Bottle. Aroma has notes of cereal malts, lightly bitter grassy hops, dough and lager yeast. Pale gold hue with a small white head that left little lace. Flavor is lightly sweet and bitter. Palate is medium/light bodied and watery average. Overall a decent brew with a cool history. Nothing special here but the breweries history.

Pours a clear, golden yellow with a medium body. Slightly sweet with flavors of dough and a nice bitter finish.

Not usually a fan of the Helles style, but maltiness of this beer and its crisp hop flavor won me over. Straw colored with a grassy aroma. I surprise and pleasure. Found this with Jess on the island Hvar, Croatia in Jan, 2012.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear golden hue with a lasting white head. Aromas are grassy, and dry with some bitter notes, bready, malty sulfur. Flavors are bready, biscuity soft malt, sulfur and grassy. Common sulfury lager notes throughout. Lively bubbles, dry and thin. Didn’t travel well I’d assume.

50cl bottle at 2€. Gold, clear (some particles), small white head, good lacing and lasting. Straw and grains on the nose. Lots of sweet malts, bread, straw and a some salt. Overall it’s sweet with a touch of grassy hops in the finish. Average carbonation, medium body, smooth, not dry. Due to it’s strenght it reminds me of Marzen\Oktoberfest style, less dry. Simple Helles, good, easy to drink, but more expensive than others in the same range.

One of the best Helles in my german trip... I liked it, although it’s not easy to find everywhere...

Herb-getreidiger Beginn mit angenehmem Hopfenanteil. Dieser steigt im Mittelteil, grasige Beinoten begleiten die aufkommende Bitterkeit. Süffiger, leicht erdiger Abgang, in dem Herbe und Bitterkeit gleichauf sind. Dezente Zitrusnoten. 9/10/10/10/9/10
