50cl bottle from everywhere in Munich. Pours a clear, pale yellow colored body with an inch thick, foamy and frothy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is slightly grainy, lightly sweetened malts with some grass, a light metallic note, and a touch of fruit. Flavor is clean, lightly bitter and grassy hops with a lightly sweetened, somewhat bready and grainy malt backing. Finishes mostly dry and lightly bitter with a touch of fruit. Medium length aftertaste following a medium-light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent Helles. Pretty clean and easy drinking. Not bad.

A pimped version of the Helles. More hoppy bitterness that leads to a very satisfying lager.

Drank about a million of these in Munich. On tap and from keg. A bright, clear Gold with a white head and lots of bubbles. Refreshing. Good level of citrus and a nice bitterness.

At Augustiner, next to the Hofbrauhaus. Light yellow color, but large white head, and well carbonated. Overly sweet, and lacking in any other complexity or additional flavors. Light grain aroma. Disappointing, and I think this stuff gave me a hangover.

Light golden pour. Small white head with plenty of lacing. Malty aroma with a slight citrus presence. Malty flavor, a little thin. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Stronger version of helles. Bottle version is not that good but edelstoff from wooden barrels at Augustiner Keller is excellent!

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Pours a crystal clear golden colour with a medium fizzy white head. Aroma has some bready malts, and grain. Taste is grainy, biscuity, a mild sweetness, finishing with a bready light bitter hop. Clean and very smooth. Not that complex, but I find it pleasantly refreshing, if a little too fizzy.
