2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUL 9, 2016 Light gold with a stable medium white head. Aroma of hay, grass, herbs, notes of white bread and butter. Taste is lightly sweet, salty notes coming through. Light, slick body with lively carbonation and a nice, slightly bitter and salty finish.
It’s not too light, doesn’t taste too strong, but it’s pleasant and refreshing. One of my favourite lagers if there’s nothing else available. I actually prefer it over most big Austrian Märzen/Lagers, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A perfectly fine light lager while enjoying a prosciutto and parmesan sandwich in the mother land. And the salami, and speck, and coppa.... What were we talking about again?

2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
bottle @ Toom Getraenkemarkt / Schwaebisch Gmuend --- Aroma similar to American premium brands - malt and corn with light hops. Clear golden amber color, white head that drops to a thin rim, a few dots of lace. Taste is malt and adjunct (corn?) that moves through strong carbonation to light hops in a someone short finish. If I close my eyes, I’m drinking a Budweiser. I won’t buy it again.
