Pale yellow, with no head or carbonation like homemade lemonade, with a sweet industrial beer aroma. There’s a little more to the taste with some grape nuts and perceptible bitterness.

Poured from a bottle. Small head but decent lacing. Golden clear. Skunky aroma to me, not enjoyable. But luckily the taste is good, clean lager.

* Old rating, 0,5l crown-top-bottle, best before 09.04.

500 ml bottle
Clear white golden beer with white head. Aroma has grass, butter and pale malts. Flavor has grainy, bready and sweet malts with herbal bitterness. Palate is thicker than medium with quite strong carbonation. Finish has strong herbal bitterness with some alcohol. Decent German lager, on the border of being too heavy.

Pailhead (5073) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy grass and straw with light cereal, hints of honey, and lemon. It pours a transparent a transparent pale gold with a two finger white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some thin webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with some light pilsner malt and a touch of honey. The finish has light cereal/grain notes, grass, straw, and a touch of lemon grass. It’s light bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel.
