3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Unk bottle info.
A= pours a nice golden ale with excellent clarity. Single finger of soap suds fall quickly and leave a glass surface. spots are rare on the lacing.
S= not much going on here, sweet, grain, hints of skunk.
T= Grain, lightly bittered (a little more than your typical helles) and nice. No real info to report here, like beer for water.
O= I kept drinking it, and ordered another, so, not that bad.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle in Paper Dress, Shoreditch. Clear amber lager, large white foam head. Nose is very grassy, cut grass hay, straw, dry central European hops, lager yeast crispness, cereal malt. Taste is very grassy, hay, cut grass, straw, quite dry and slightly sweet biscuit malt. Lots of grass, so strong flavoured but not much dimension. Possibly too hop dry for me too.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle, 10C. Very pale orange with a white head that doesn’t last all that well. High bead. Aroma of honeyed hay, light floral and spice notes. Sweet malt, hints of cooked vegies. Little bitterness but some floral and spicy/ leafy aromatics. Some character, some foibles, mostly meh.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Seems to be the best "Helles" from Southern-Germany. A fruity, flowery aroma-hop and a full, cereal taste. Really really nice!
The old-school-bottle is very nice and handy!

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
High availabilty and so the first choice in local pubs, when there is no other decent beer available. Typical Müncher Helles: very smooth and (a bit too) sweet, light body, average carbonation. Without any bitterness, quite short finish. Reasonable everyday beer, but nothing special.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Flaske, 50 cl, på lusket bar et eller andet sted i Hamborg. Lys. Hvidt lavt skum. Mild duft af hø, græs, lyst brød. Svag humle, let maltsødme. Ok.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a nice clear yellow with decent head that sticks around for a while. Aroma is grassy and bready with a softer malty taste. Aftertaste is short but generally not too hoppy or bitter. Otherwise nothing special. Mostly for those not seeking much taste.
