Seriously lovely tasting beer, best experienced at the beer hall attached to the brewery in Munich. King of all beers it’s truly a delicious beer. With beer hall food it jumps out its skin. Perfection in a glass and atmosphere in the beer hall is terrific.

Bottle at Augustiner Bierhalle and Restaurant - Munich. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a frothy white head. Rich cereal on the nose, biscuits, white bread, hay. Light-medium sweet flavor with good, dry cereal, pale bread, lightly bittering hay. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately crisp to finish with more cereal, hay, faint lemon rind, dry dough. Gorgeous.

Edelstoff’a göre içimi daha zor ama tam bir Helles.Klasik bir Alman birası denebilir.hele birde sıfır reklam bütçeli Augustiner’in markası olunca saygım dahada artıyor.

JulienHuxley (2954) - Hilversum, NETHERLANDS - FEB 15, 2014
Bottle from de Bierkoning. Clear gold pour, thin receding white head. Aroma is grainy, light metallic notes, bready. Taste is light, light bready maltiness, not really sweet, very light/absent bitterness. Palate is light bodied, dry and med carbonatedé Very forgettable overall, not much that distinguishes this from industrial lagers.

Bright straw colour. Durable finest foam. Well dosed carbonation level. Fresh balanced aroma. A short delicate sour note in the fade out of the aftertaste. Not so deep fermented, like the north german lagers. Similar to the bohemian lager. Extreme palatable. This kind of brewing art is not a child’s play.
