Had it from wooden barrel, from keg and from bottle. Wooden barrel version is superb! Proper temperature and carbonation is ideal only here.

500ml bottle. Pours a very pale yellow-gold colour, frothy white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma is malty & bready. Taste is sweet malt, hay, slight grass & fruity hop. Clean crisp with some bitterness. Light bodied, well carbonated, dryish finish. Quite drinkable Helles.

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Bright, yellow body, with a thick-set fluffy white head. Smells like fruity confectionery. A very light, and very sweet Helles. Full of sugary sparkle, and rich malty flavour. Very refreshing and effervescent. could get very drunk very easy with this, it is deceptive with the taste more like a lower ABV.

Pale, clear color. Medium-low white head. A little lazing. Citrus, malt aromas, but light. Good biter and sweet taste, well equilibrated.

Bottle. Cappello di scihiuma bianca fine ed aderente, ma che scende presto, aroma maltato e solo lievemente erbaceo, al palato corpo leggero , acquoso e media carbonazione, note maltate, fresca e abbastanza beverina, con finale leggermente amaro e abbastanza pulito, non male come Hell industriale.

Pale golden pour. Small white head with some lacing. Malty aroma with a slight citrus note. Slight bitter bite. A little hop pissy note. Slight bitter after taste. Not bad.
