Bottled. Clear golden colour. Medium head, which leaves some lace.
Floral hoppy aroma. Hoppy, slighty bitter, honeyish flavour. Ends in a hoppy, bitter finish with a little sweetness in it. A great pilsner. Thanks to joss for this further excellent Augustiner beer.

On tap at the original haus in Munich. Fantastic bier! Crisp and true to style. Good hop character with a delicious after-bite. Bright yellow in color, whit head and a solvency that vanquishes the mustard served mit der weissen sausages.

A pale yellow beer with a fine white head. The aroma is very hoppy with notes of grass. The flavor is very grassy and hoppy combined with sweet malt.

Blonde colour. Lots of fizz. Minty, slightly spicy aroma. Light body. Flavour shows spicy hop notes and moderate bitterness. Quick rather than dry finish. More northern than Bavarian in style.

ugly pale sparkling champagne visual. slightly bland warm tasting with a small bite at the end which gave it an extra point in the flavour department. i’m not really a fan of the pils.

Bottled: Yellow coloured. White small head. Very hoppy and flowery aroma. Great. Flavour is floral and hoppy with a malty touch. Very sharp bitterness in the end. Crisp and refreshing pilsener. I really like it.
