Just the way I like it - dry, dominating hops, crystal clear, nice white head, great beer!

Altra birra secondo me perfetta, oltre all’Edelstoff, dell’Augustiner. Si sente e tanto già dall’aroma il luppolo Saaz. E’ fresca e vivace come birra, estremamente beverina con quel tasso alcolico leggermente più elevato delle altre pils, ma che la completa.

Had it both on tap and in bottles. This is more intense version of helles from my point of view - more hop aroma, more sulfur in the nose. Best south german pils imho.

Awesome Pils by the Germans. It’s expensive as hell in the US, but it;’s a wonderful beer. Had it in Germany and here and obviously it’s a little fresher and nice over in Germany, but it’s not bad here either. Needs to be cold, but not frigid and easily sipped year round.. Great stuff.

on tap and 12 ounce bottles at the many augustiner beerhalls in germany. best example of pils in munich by far.

On tap at Gasthaus zur Post, Unterhaching. Very nice Pils. Probably one of the better I’ve tried in bavaria. Nice bitterness, nice aroma. But I prefer the Augustiner Edelstoff over this still.

Very good Pils but if its only a bit to warm then it tastes a bit boring, so drink it cold

Augustiner Pils is yet another fine example of the excellent beers from this brewery. Although not quite as good as the Pilsners made in Neighboring Czech Republic, this is a full-bodied pils that is very enjoyable. A very nice finish.

medium bitterness, lightly sour, Hops: herbs, grass. Malt: bread for sure. A bit higher in alcohol than usual pilsners (5,6%).
