Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours shiny metallic, yellowy - orange to carrot like, cloudy and well carbonated body, head is yellowish, butter like - creamy, initially extremely huge and pillowy - frothy in texture, slowly decreasing to medium, there is a decent lacing. Unfortunately after few minutes beer drastically decarbonates in body texture. Body colour is a bit darker than many weizens.
Aroma: Clove, butter, wheat, butterscotch, banana, milk, barley grains at the background, juicy, little hints of an orange peal, well pronounced, intensive and well balanced aroma in the overall impression, vanilla, wallnut.
Flavour: Fermented or slightly rotten herbs but in a positive way, banana, clove, accidity and slight saltyness on palate, soils and daugh, boiled carrot, juicy, notes of orange peal, very smooth on palate, mild, later on in the aftertaste grains of wheat and barley are becominge present with minerality and yeasty nose. Impression of being nutricious. Finish duration is medium to long.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is smooth, milky, carbonation on palate is soft to medium, finish feel is accidic and mineral with notes of yeast.

Finishes fruity and slightly citric. Very good.
