Pours really clear for a weissen but there is still some haziness. Good head. Average lacing. Smell is normal with a good wheat, banana, clove, and lemon/orange mixture. Taste is the same as the smell. Nothing suprising but I really enjoyed the creamy buttery mouthfeel and how clean it was. Medium hop bite. Pretty good brew.

Few beers beat the aroma of a wheat beer and this one doesn't disappoint! Classic German wheat served in a bottle at some random German store. Very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Augustiner Bräustuben. Aroma is fruity, yeast. Appearance is dark yellow-orange, white head. Very good mouthfeel, light creamy, medium carbonation. Overall a very good hefeweissbier.

On tap at Augustiner Großgaststätten. Cloudy orange/rusty in colour with a mammoth, foamy head. Tastes of orange peel with cinnamon. Bready aroma and spiced. I really can’t separate this from the Airbräu Kumulus I consumed earlier the same day .

500 ml bottle. BBE 08/2012.
Pours a hazy yellow colour with a white frothy head. Aroma of sweet fruits, turpentine and dough, not very pleasant. Flavour of sweet fruits, light spices, dough and wet paper. Some eucalyptus as well, which is pretty interesting. Some stinging citrusy notes after a while. Low carbonation. Light bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a light dry and stuffy finish. Gets even worse when yeast is poured in. Very unbalanced for a Hefeweizen, but has some interesting notes.

500 ml bottle. Bit fruity. Got it from a kiosk, couldn’t see its appearance. Great full-bodied wheat beer taste.

Tipikus német hefeweizen a maga frissítő egyszerűségével a tisztasági törvény előírásainak megfelelően. Kicsit túlságosan élesztős. De amúgy teljesen sallangmentes.

Nice fatty, creamy, citrussy weisse. Nice palate, refreshing yet still quite thick. 50cl bottle from Munich

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured hazy orange with a nice frothy head. Aroma is typical for this style, wheat, banana and yeasty notes. Flavor is wheat, yeast and with some light sweetness towards finish. Nice body, quite refreshing.
