COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza artesana tipo ale con carga de trigo sin maltear y malta de cebada. Se utiliza lúpulo Cascade. Sabor caramelizado con sutíles toques florales. Al final se puede percibir el sabor amargo del lupulo sin ser exagerado. ABV 4.6-4.9

Craft Ale beer made with barley malt and special wheat called Forment (from Catalonia). Clean and bright with a white foam and fluffy. Presents some very fine bubbles almost imperceptible to the eye. On the nose are aromas reminiscent grow and last group of citrus fruits and green field and notes of spices (cloves and pepper). Overall quite complex and pleasant to spend some time Flair it. The palate shows Golosa, with an acidity typical of wheat beers and incorporating the hop bitterness to surprise. In the note in the mouth is a beer with a light body but not thin. The tongue and palate report that is rough and astringent. Also noticed a tingling due to intense gas. Retro nasal aromas remind us of the sensations in the nose and maybe add a few notes of licorice. This beer long after drinking it remains quite a while the taste in my mouth. We could say that is a beer that evokes spring with the flowers of fruit and fresh notes that accompany it. In the gourmet level we imagine with rice, pasta dishes spices (cardamom, ginger, coriander, ...) with both fish and meat but with a force not greatly exaggerated.

Note: Uses "Froment", a type of durum wheat native to Catalonia.

Bottle from Beer52. My god this was weird. Pours cloudy orange with single finger head. Aroma of clove and slight orange. Initial taste of...well...plastic, imagine plastic packaging, foam packaging, had a real weird taste of that, possibly due to over usage of clove. touch of orange and peach in at the end but overall really didn’t enjoy it.

No mata

Ampolla de 33cl al bar Catalluna. Color daurat transparent amb corona d’escuma blanca, molt normaleta. Té un aroma tipus Pils amb toc de llúpol afegit i fruita, En boca igual, marcadament afruitada i llupolosa, destaca un punt picant i especiat afegit molt subtil. Paladar sec. Cos mig, bona carbonatació, Correcte en general.

Extremely foamy beer, white headed and misty yellow body. Surprisingly hoppy aroma, floral, grassy, fresh. Much better than expected. Very pale base malt yet the wheat gives some body. Not overly hoppy and with a distinct lemony taste, very nice. On purpose? Very refreshing, easily drinkable. The not too full body is easily forgiven considering the modest abv. Only the aftertaste is a bit short, could use some bitterness with all these floral notes. Different and surprisingly nice. If only it looked half decent... (33cl bottle from La Birreria Andorra)
