COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. Itís hoppy, bold and American. More bitter than a Cleveland Cavs Fan.
Hops: Summit, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo
Malts: Pils, C-40, C-60, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale

Clear golden in color with a big, white head that goes down fast but leaves a good amount of lacing. Smells like citrus hops and bready malt. The malt comes out first with those citrus hops playing around on your tongue. Then the bitterness builds slowly until it lingers at a high intensity after swallowing, but the hops arenít overwhelmingly bitter thoughout. I think this is one of the most balanced and consistent ipas Iíve come across.

12 oz. can. Pale gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus, hops, and pine. Taste is similar to aroma, but less fruity with some caramel malts and is more bitter and piney. Refreshing.

Aroma of grapefruit and mango. Bubbly orange look. Sweet fruity tastes, moderately bitter. Brewer says itís not for the hop wars. Crisp and refreshing, nice contrast for bbq meats

12 oz. can from Secret Santa. Thanks man! Pours a hazed orange amber with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, mild lemon and earth. Flavor has medium bitterness, mild caramel sweetness. Some citrus/grapefruit peel. Medium bodied. Above average carbonation. Finishes with medium bitterness.

Rated based on notes taken 13 July 2012 -- This is a pretty good IPA. Decent but not quite to the perfection of other breweries but Iíll drink it.

12 oz can, stamp on the bottom of the can reads Best Before: 10/5/2015. I had this straight from the can while tubing down a river. Aroma shows citrus and floral with a light hop oil note.

Flavor like the aroma with pale malts giving sweetness. The hops are average for a beer of this price point. Not over done, classic. Serviceable.

Clear amber, off-white lacing foam head. Nice hoppy aroma and bitter taste, a real US IPA. (Austin 201505)

Can. Deep golden hue, crystal-clear, with a fuzzy khaki head. Aroma has sweet fruity notes -- apricot, orange, caramel. Flavor is fairly sweet as well, with orange peel, caramel, biscuits, honeysuckle. Balanced, biscuity finish.
