Dark amber with a thick off-white head. It’s slightly sweet and thick which gives it a good balance with all those hops.

Pours dark amber. Floral hops and subtle yeast on the nose. Bitter, crisp, not much in the way of Belgian flavors. Really delicious though.

On tap at the Draught House. Drank alongside the regular version of this beer, Missile Dropkick.
The beer pours a deep red color with a tan head. The aroma has some nice floral hop notes, as well as some orange and sweet malt. The flavor has a good bit of Belgian yeast, as well as some sweet toffee, juicy orange and a hint of pine. The alcohol is very noticeable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Nautone (7) - Austin, - JUL 6, 2012 does not count
Appearance: cloudy copper with a small khaki head
Aroma: plenty of grapefruit, bit of syrup
Taste: Belgian yeast is present, but not alone. Big mouthfeel, flavor expands on the tongue. Almost like a funky wild fermentation. Not a lot of hop!

Cloudy tan color. Frothy off-white head. Hoppy floral aroma but mild for a double. The flavor is smooth and full with a malty beginning and a hoppy bitterness that finishes with a smooth bite. This beer is way smooth and you would never know its strength. Very, very good. Some Belgian yeast character shows up in the background but overall this beer is just full flavored and smooth, smooth, smooth.
