This monster of an IPA is loaded with Simcoe, Citra, and Ahtanum hops, giving it huge citrus and pine aromas that pack as much punch as Sam Elliott’s mustache. The beer is light amber in color, and features a strong caramel and Vienna malt backbone to complement those intense hops.

Big can in a stem glass a while ago. Pours hazy golden/amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of resinous and piney and lightly citrusy hops, some pale and caramel malts, dough/bread, and hints of alcohol. Flavor the same with a decent blend. Average texture. A solid IPA, but could be more refined and have a nicer hop balance.

Pours clear honey golden with a nice pale buff head. Aroma is strongly evergreen, like getting a good whiff of some fresh pine needles. Flavor is tres hoppy, evergreen and just a tad bitter, with citrus and malt hints. Firm body has good fizz and leaves an evergreen hop finish. Available only in Austin - or wherever a nice Austinite is sharing brewskis,

Can. Pours a golden orange color; messy lacing all over the glass after a few sips. Smells of resinous hops; tropical fruits, and some citrus. Medium to heavy sweetness contrasts the medium bitterness. Medium bodied and sticky; average carbonation; the sweetness lingers alongside the bitterness. A bit too sweet and sticky for my tastes.

Tasted from can. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber with big fluffy white head with tons of lacing. Big citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Ton of grapefruit and lemon rind. Taste is also very citrusy with a little pine. A caramel and honey malt backbone. Moderate bitterness with mild to moderate sweetness. Overall and excellent imperial IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at brewery. Amber pour, lacy white head. Aroma of citrus, strong pine, honey. Nice aroma. Taste is piney, citrus and grapefruit hops. Balanced with honey / caramel hops. Nice bitter, crisp finish. Slightly oily palate. Solid beer. Too bad the customer service at this brewery sucks donkey balls. It’s like Oscar the grouch is bartending. I’m sure the labor pool in Austin is deep. Get some new bartenders. These ones are literally fucking trolls. Especially the chick with the shoulder tattoo. Total bitch.

Can from Mark, thanks for the great brews! Deep golden color with a slight amber hue and a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Huge dank resinous hops with hints of citrus, pine, and tropical fruits on the nose a bits of light bready malt sweetness. The flavor is bready caramel maltiness with a bit of pine and resin hop flavor and a solid shot of hop bitterness. Slight alcohol warming. Nice DIPA, glad I got a chance to try it.

Poured an orangish amber color with aromas of dank hops, light caramel, big pine and resin notes as well. Flavors were light malt then punched in the mouth with hops. Big pine and resin flavors with some light citrus and tropical fruit notes. A solid beer where the abv is hidden well.
