UPDATED: DEC 18, 2013 Beautiful out if can. Amber gold with thin white head. Good hoppy aroma citrus flavors that fit the higher than expected carbonation. Malt to hop balanced.

On tap at Bangers. Orange pour with a white head. The aroma is very heavy on the perfume with some biscuit malt throw in. The flavor is similar. I get some floral and perfume notes as well as some biscuit malt. Very little bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Can pour hazy gold with orange hue. Nose floral and tropical fruit hop with some dankness. Taste moderate bite up front, with similar flavors to the nose. Not much sweet in the mid palate. Medium bitter finish

Can, draft, draft, can - either way it was a tall glass of hops and craft slithering happily across my tongue to explode in happy blasts of the bitterness that is my life. YeetothefuckingHaw all over again. I mean, wet hop double IPA pretty much spells my rating.

Brilliant clear copper with abundant carbonation holding a dirty, white head. The aroma is lightly malty, the initial flavor soapy... leading into a medium, floral bitterness. Airy, medium body with hints of malt again on the finish.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2014 Can: Thanks, Nick! Super hazy, brazed copper color with a gray-tinted & quite foamy head that nestles well on top, leaving some chunky lacing behind as it recedes. Aroma contains pungent, wet grapefruits, various citrus flesh & peels, moderate pine, resin, white pepper, & some finishing, herbaceous hop notes. Taste hits with bitter pine cones, wet grapefruits, & a staunch, pepper-like bitterness from mid-palate to finish. Slightly toasted malt adds some sweetness but it’s still a bitter monster. Orange peel, ashy leaves, & floral hops in the finish, slightly bitter & resinous mouth coating. Nice wet hopped ale, though it does tend to wear you down.

16 oz can courtesy of a trade. Thanks. Pours a nice dulled amber hue, darker body, decent haziness with some dark carmelized and bready malts. Touches of darker orange offer subtle glow on the edges. Mellow carbonation, cakey offwhite head atop stays as a firm layer, sticks around and laces ok. Aromas are a bit soapy, florals and fruit come in quickly, touches of gumball, tropical fruit, and citrus rind. Decent grapefruit, touches of orange and lemon. A bit bready, almost some Simcoe elements.. Initial is firmly dry, bitter, smaller body offers soap, florals and good grapefruit rind, juice. Smaller light body makes this comfortably crushable. Dry and bitter, firmly nice with soap, lemon, and fresh cut grass. Middle is more dryness, straight citrus juice, nice bitterness. Florals, some good dryness, soap and earthy dryness. Some gentle bready malts, touches of faint toast, biscuity malts as you settle in and round the corner. Some firm hoppiness, touches of soap, florals, earth, gentle powdery feel.finish is a bit biscuity, bready, still a good hop presence. Lighter body without just being straight hop juice, quite drinkable, nice albeit not the most complex hopping offered. Tasty stuff.
