Peacemaker is a simple beer taken seriously. It’s a light, flavorful, session beer. We see it as a “gateway beer” to craft brewing. Or, after you’ve had a few bolder brews and it’s time to downshift – pick up a Peacemaker. It’s Light, Balanced, and Smooth.
Hops: Newport, Centennial, East Kent Golding
Malts: Pils, C-40
Yeast: American Ale

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours a clear light straw color with an initial moderate white head that fades Light aroma is grainy with a little bit of hop presence. Light hop flavor up front that changes to a smooth grain bill. Very clean tasting and session-able. Average carbonation with a clean finish and light on the alcohol. This a good light beer to enjoy outdoors, whether its BBQ-ing or just floating the river. Nice and refreshing.

Yeast and malt. Standard beer smell. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head that fades quickly leaving a thick film on the glass. Light bodied. Easy drinking. Crisp. Clean finish. Not a lot there. A hint of hops on the finish. Standard beer flavor but not bad.

Can. Clear light orange gold color. White foam. Malty aroma. Nutty flavor, rich and malt forward. No real hop profile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Heavy dough and cracker aroma, smells like Subway. Light Orange, tap pour. Taste is more or the same, salty crackers and light bitter. A whole lot of not much. Fine backyard beer but not at premium price, and that does matter.

12 oz can, sampled straight from the can and my least favorite of the three I had in the can. Aroma is mild biscuit, cereal grain, corn? Corn ?

Flavor is weak at best. Grain, biscuit and weak bad yeast. How the hell can I get more flavor from this Brewers Pils then the Golden ale? Oh, right it’s a golden ale... Yes, this Brewers Pils are more character and flavor profile. This recipe needs some work. No hop balance to cut through the this grain bill.

Can. Pours a clear golden color with a moderate white head on there. Nose has a fair amount of corn in there, and seems like a light and easy beer. Taste is slightly sweet with corn to it, and just seems "meh" overall. Not much to this one.

Can. Pours gold. Nose/taste of corn, light malt and honey. Lighter medium body.

Pours a clear gold from the can with dissipating white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of pale malts and ale spice esters. Taste is all malt, slightly sweet, clean and easy. Good drinker, but nothing too crazy.
