2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Derek881 (664) - Frederick, USA - NOV 6, 2009
I sampled some of this beer in the market in Santiago, Chile. The beer had a lighter gold color, was clear, and had a modest white head with mild features. It had a light grainy hops aroma with some grassy tones and a bit of barley malt too. The taste was a sweet malt and bitter hops mixture, neither being too pronounced. It had a thinner, lighter body, was a bit dry and had light carbonation.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 rmussman (1330) - California, USA - FEB 12, 2012
Sampled in Torres Del Paine. A refreshing brew but an overall average pilsner. Mild malts are very refreshing.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Strangebrewer (496) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 22, 2010
bottle. Poured clear amber with a medium sized white head. Very faint aroma, light hop. Medium dry palate, average carbonation. Light malt flavour with low bitterness. A very generic taste, I expected more with the claim that it is brewed under the Reinheitsgebot.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 ogivlado (4275) - Zagreb, CROATIA - APR 9, 2010
Canned 350ml. -Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, grainy buttery nose. Weak malty, slight grainy and discreet hoppy with notes of corn. Dry bitterish finish. Boring pils but new country on my beer map.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 JensenTaster (1717) - DENMARK - FEB 21, 2010
(on bottle) Yellow, white head. Gassy and semi mashy/malted taste. Perky, but waterish taste and finish.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 RC8 (303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 28, 2009
It’s priced and advertised as a premium beer, but I struggle to find anything premium in it. Disappointing. Austral’s other beers are much better in comparison.
