Enjoyed quite a number of these while here in Torres del Paine in southern Chile, not just because of being in the namesake, but because it’s the largest bottle of beer available. Good lager, even better while staring at the Horns.

   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 11/20
Fukito (778) - Sao Paulo, BRAZIL - OCT 26, 2014
Pours clear shinny deep golden color with some copper/ ruby hues and a creamy. bubbly white head that stays suprisingly long for a macro lager. Aroma is hay herbalness with some skunky/ yeasty notes. Flavor is bittersweet with a frim malt presence, albeit a bit too sweet and oxidized. Papery/caramel aftertaste. Medium palate, warming yet refreshing. Ok strong premium strong lager.

rcasta (839) - EL SALVADOR - SEP 18, 2014
de las mejores de argentina (no es decir mucho) Light golden colour and gentle sparkle. Lightly toasty aroma, and the palate is the same. This is a beer where the diacetyl rounds out the palate rather than distracts.

Poured from a bottle. Clear golden color, small white head. Mild malt syrup aroma. Medium body with a tangy malt flavor and a medium finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
