Its all about the hops. In this case Australian Galaxy hops. Used in the kettle, the fermenter and in maturation to give a big hit of enticing citrus and passion fruit flavours but without too much bitterness to slow you down.

Pours wheat colour. Nice aroma. Floral. Great taste if a little spritzy. Got citrus, maybe a bit of cantaloupe. Light in mouthful. Pleasant finish. A lot better than expected. Works from a can. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Very pale, cloudy straw colour with off white head and plenty of lacing. Gentle lemon, grapefruit and passionfruit aromas. Flavours of citrus and passionfruit with a well integrated biscuity malt backbone. Dry, hoppy finish. Slightly over carbonated. Refreshing.

Bought at Dan Murphy’s. A great galaxy single-hop beer. Lovely bitter, citrusy notes in the aroma and on the palate. Not too malty, a good hoppy summer beer.

Can from Plonk. Pale amber, not much head, quite dry, piney hop flavour, some sweet, toasty/biscuity malt, a bit thin, low bitterness. Ok.

Can - pours a hazy yellow with a big white head. Pine resin dominates witha underlying citrus and floral aroma. Floral hop up front then a dry resin finish. Medium to creamy mouthfeel.

Hazy but clear yellow, very light gas, no head. Slight grass aroma, flat taste and nothing much on the palate. Not so great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml can (what a novelty!)
Pours a very light cloudy golden color with lots of pillowy white head. The head sticks around and is quite stiff.
Nose is some floral notes, lemon blossom and passionfruit, as well as a bit of pine resin and grapefruit.
Taste is pretty delicate. There’s a bit of grapefruit, some passionfruit on the mid palate, a little bit of caramel and some hoppy resinous flavours on the finish along with a bit of grapefruit and some biscuity notes. It’s more bitter than I was expecting, but still definitely in the ’not particularly aggressively hopped pale ale’ territory.
Body is extremely light and this beer is far too fizzy. I can’t really taste it because it’s so damn fizzy.
Not a bad beer once you let it warm up and offgas. It’s nothing incredible, but it’s a good solid pale ale.

Better than average but not great, had at Beer Cartel. Nice aroma and classic Australian pale ale flavours, more of a golden ale to be honest. Reminded me slightly of the Pacific Ale by Stone & Wood, a bit thin and very passionfruit & grapefruity. Drinkable.
