Poured a darker brown with red tints. Small beige head. No lacing. Smell is not promising. Light maltiness but mostly acidic and really nothing else. Taste was not anything close to a doppelbock. Vertually no maltiness, very carbonated and astringent. Will not buy again and probably won’t finish this one.

Clear brown color with fine head. Some sweetness from the malt, but too alcoholic in flavor.

rotten eggs, cooked vegetables, golden, off white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, fizzy, watery finish. Not a doppelbock.

Almost same picture, but alcohol is 6,5%. And the aroma is too sweet and fruity to a doppelbock. Dark brown coloured and clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Sweet aroma, fruity, perhaps coriander. Sweet flavor, faint bitter finish.

Odpudivá vůně, kyselá chuť , pro mě opravdu nepovedené pivo, skoro se nedalo ani dopít.

Bottle 6.5%. Dark mahogny brown with a large beige head. Malty aroma, lightly roasted. Rather sweet flavour, some bitterness, short finish. Dishwater. Light body. A crocodile that does not bite.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32, he picked it up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a nice dark brown. Aroma of malt, nuts, hops. Tastes malty, with some hops and roasty hints.
