(33cl bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, caramel, herbs, mango, coriander, and light dried banana. Flavor of yeast, banana, coriander, and grain.

@ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2011. Clear blond coloured beer with no head and no carbonation. Gum, latex aroma, very odd strange aroma. Sweet medium palate. Finish is gum slight bitter. Strange one.

Bottle, Essen Kerstbierfestival 2011. Light hazy yellow blond coloured beer wiht almost no carbonation and a short white head. Heavy aroma, hints of herbs (mint?) and peppers with a strange rubbery latex touch. Full light creamy palate. Finish is sweet yeasty and slight banana yeasty fruity with a lots of herbs (touches of almonds, gingerbread). Medium.

15cl bottle sample @ Kerstbierfestival ’11, Essen. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Nose : fruity esters : cherry, apricot. Spicy, ginger. Quite yeasty and veggie like notes. Sip : mild body with small carbonation. Sweet bubblegum start followed by bitter end. Alcohol is present.

Pours a hazy medium orangish amber color. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty, with a touch of fruit. Flavor is a nice mixture of malts and fruits.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Apples, fruity, yeasty, phenols, spicy, sweetness, oxidation, toasted, a bit simple.

Pours cloudy dark golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits and sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head, Fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of spices, Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, dried fruits and spices. Sweet finish.
