Bottled. Orange colour, not much head. Aroma is spicy, fruity, yeasty and mildly alcoholic. Flavour is quite much the same. Malts are also bringing a certain sweetness and mild breadyness to it.

From bottle at 13e Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Hazy, deep golden with a rich creamy head. Spices aroma blending with sweet maltiness. harmoniously spiced caramel flavours. Likeable despite some flaws.

Bottle Kerstbierfestival 2007: Poured a copper to blonde color with a slightly off white head. The aroma was spice with coriander and alcohol was present. The taste was an unexpected malty with some spice to off set it. There was a bitter alcohol finish. I rather enjoyed this beer.

Hazy blond, light amber coloured beer with some very light carbonation and an average white head. Full herby, alcoholic and malty aroma. Full palate. Finish is bitter herby, with a light alcoholic touch.

From Bottle, 25 cl. - yesterday @ Kerstbierfestival 2007. Hazy dark golden color, with a dark white head. Aroma malts, bit yeast - spice, and alcoholic. Mediu body. Taste = start sweet, bit spice, malts, alcoholic touch. Dry + bitterness at the end. Not bad.

Bottled - live at Kerstbierfestival 2007. Hazy orange-amber with a lazing beige head. The aroma is quite light with notes of fruit and malt - especially peaches, as well as light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, peaches, cloves, and oranges, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Cloudy amber color. There is too much yeast aroma, with the malt and light spices. The flavor is a bit malty, also quite sweet, with a touch of orange zest; the bitterness comes out only at the very end. Enjoyable (because of the sweetness), but simplistic.

Hazy orange color. I hardly see any carbonation. Flavor and aroma: I think a lot of coriander is used. A bit too much if Im correct in my analyses.

Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Hazy orange / amber color with a white head. Aroma is very hoppy with some spices (coriander, anis). Flavor is nice balance of sweetnes and bitternes with notes of salt.

Bottled 33cl
Hazy orange, firm creamy off-white head. Floating yeast particles. Very yeasty nose. Medium to full bodied. Mostly soft, wheaty, yeasty-fruity flavor - some lemon and apples. Hides alcohol quite well. Too yeasty to be really enjoyable.
