Tap at Tiger!Tiger! in North Park. The 1L stein, and slightly hazy bright gold with a two finger white head, pretty good retention. Lots of biscuity malt in the nose, and light sweetness . Light grassy hops. Flavor follows suit, nice and crisp and quite the easy drinker. Semi-dry, bitterness peaked at a 2. Light body, light to mod carbonation. Quite solid for a blonde, no flaws I can find.
