COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Slight hazy orange yellow with a thin white head. Some floral hop aroma. Butterscotch taste and texture. One of my favorite ESB’s.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Slightly hazy light amber colour, clingy head. Medium hop aroma, fairly carbonated, spicy lingering finish. Quite nice but flavor might be more evident with somewhat less carbonation.

Pours a murky dark orange color, with a small white head. Smells of mostly piney hops, some malt, and yeast. the flavor is pretty nice on the hop bitterness and flavor characters. real nice sharpness and bite to it. Wasnt dull or boring at all, which I find quite a few ESB’s to be. A litle bit dry on the mouthfeel, but drank real easy and had good flavor to it. Id drink again. Great session brew.

Bottle, pours copper color with a white head. Nice hop aroma but it has some metallic notes. Very dry and high carbonation without much malt backbone. Dryness is the most dominant feature. Not bad though.

Crushed with Jakebra. Nose made me sneeze. Very musty, citrusy nose. Not what I’d expect from a bitter, but aight. Flavor is actually nice and smooth. Not great, but in no way is it offensive. Lots of citrus, minimal hops. Kinda dig it.

Amber color with a thin white head. Hints of hops and toffee. Slightly malty with a bit of caramel.

Golden amber pour with small white head. Sweet malt, grain, caramel, some citrus, and finish with some bitter hops. It’s alright.

Pours Light amber with a 3-4 finger yellowish chunky head that has awesome retention and leaves fairly nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, caramel, yeasty bread. Flavor is caramel, sweet biscuity malt, floral sweetness, citrus hops, grapefruit, pineapple, a little earthiness. Finish is kina abrupt but bitter, herbal, and citrus hops are noted, along with a floury biscuit aftertaste. Palate is medium-thin and a little undercarbonated in my opinion but it does have a pretty smooth mouthfeel so maybe it is intentional. Not to shabby.
