COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Pours a nice amber with a rocky tan head. Aroma is of syrupy malt and hops. Flavor has great hops throughout, but this doesn’t seem like an esb to me. More like a mild IPA. I like what they have done with the water, it does have a more English mouthfeel and mineral quality. A bit too sweet for me to get very excited over, but a decent casual brew.

Golden caramel pour with white head. Nose was more like a Cali Common...but with better bitterness. Flavor was full and bitter with some good malt notes. Surprisingly good.

Bottle pours a copper color with a thin head. Aroma and flavor were decent and overall had a nice bitterness, but I was expecting more hops. Very drinkable and smooth.

orangish brown appearance. strong white head. flavor of pale malt with hops adding mostly bitterness. i enjoy the subtleties of the style but the flavor is this one is underwelming

not what you’d expect from Avery, this was a very mediocre beer. pretty thin and relatively tasteless.

Not exactly an esb imo. Sweet, slightly tart. Where’s the hops? There’s nothing extra, special, or bitter about this one. Easy to drink, but largely a dissapointment.

bottle, golden colored pour, good head. Mmildly bitter, smooth and creamy. Good hops finish almost buttery taste and aroma. the finish is smooth and the beer easy to drink. Would buy again
