COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

355 ml. Clear, burnt orange-gold with a smallish, but lasting head. Fruity, spicy and earthy-vegetable aroma. Flavors of sourish cereal grain; fruity and spicy hops; sweet, dried wood; and toasted nut. A quality brew with all the requisite ESB flavors present, but they seem a bit harsh and jumbled in this one. Palate is light-medium, tingly and dryish.

Bottled. Pours a clear copper with a off-white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with some citrus hop scents. Flavour is dry malt, much less sweet than the aroma, with a nice amount of hops. Finish a little dry malt with more malt sweetness coming through at the end, as well as bitterness from the hops. Very smooth and easy to drink, although the body is a little on the lighter side. Enjoyable overall.

Pours a clear, pale golden orange with a loose, fluffy beige head that diminishes, leaving wispy lace. The nose is of toasted malt, orange/citrus and a light rye. Light-bodied and slick with a dry, toasted and slightly bitter finish. The flavor is toasted and caramel malt with light notes of rye and citrus. This is a fairly good example of the style and while unremarkable, it’s a very quaffable brew.

I may need to re-rate this with a bottle that hasn’t been jostled. It was almost impossible to pour, was foamy. Despite this there was little aroma, and the light flavor was good, although I thought I tasted a lot of alcohol. Will give this one another chance though, because I think it’s sessionable.

bottle, liquorloft tallahassee. copper body with thin light head, enough for some decent lacing. mild hops in flavor. palate was watery which made this drink go down pretty fast.

12 oz. bottle. Poured a clear, bright copper with thick white head. Aroma is a clean grassy, citrusy hops, with front palate of hay, a mid palate more earthy, malty and musky and a warm, hoppy finish. This is a nice beer which could be paired nicely with a variety of foods, with mild enough hops for the hop-shy folks to give it a try.

12oz. bottle into pint glass. Pours a dark gold color with a medium white head that laces nicely. Aromas of hops and citrus fruit, with hints of tea. Flavor is of hops, mint, and alcohol with a sweet cherry finish. Has a very light, soft mouthfeel. Not nearly as bitter as I had hoped for.
