COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

12oz - Pours a deep gold, fleeting head. Hops and booze on nose, a lot like Avery the Beast. Cotrusy notes, honey and hops on the palate, giving way to a bitter finish. Nice but indistinguishable.

Pours a lean transparent copper with a thick off white head. The aroma has a slight hoppy sharpness to it and yet none of the complex aroma. Some sweet hoppiness and bitterness in the flavor and some fruit hints. Not a bad brew, solid. The palate is a little waxy and the finish is warm and bitter.

Pours a light-hazed amber under not much of an off-white head. Lemony-tea aroma with mild alcohol behind it. Weak acetone and some sour milk emerge on the final pour. I enjoy the malty backdrop to the lemony flavor. Mid-bodied with a smooth palate and a dry finish.

12oz Bottle: Clear golden with an orange hue and an average white head. Stuff starts off ok. Lively aroma, orangey, saaz hints, hay-like, with a light doughy hint of yeast. The body is slightly creamy, but there’s nothing going on in the flavor. It seems there were only aromatic hops used in this brew. Only subtle orangey hints. Light bodied, and simple. Dissappointing.

Bottle. Aroma consisted of herbs and citrus for the hops and there was a nice caramel smell for the malt. I also noticed dough and brown sugar and even a beefy smell. Taste was bitter(obviously) and a bit acetic and salty in the finish. Texture was somewhere between dry and watery with a lively carbonation. The slightly astringent and metallic finish knocked down the overall score a bit.

Golden red with a lite head. Notes of citrus and sweet hops in the aroma. Hops dominate the flavour with notes of citrus. Very hoppy front to finish.

Golden/orange pour, with a very think layer of whitish foam for a head. Aroma is mostly hops with some grassy/earthy overtones. the flavor is true to the aroma, there are additional citrus highlights and some spice (clove/coriander) in the too. Finish is clean. the beer is very drinkable. There are better ESBs though.

Pours a clear golden/amber color with an off-white head. Aroma has some grassy tones to it with some citrus hops, caramel, and some spices. Flavor has plenty of grass and spices with some citrus hops underneath it. Pretty well balanced for an ESB. An overall decent brew.
