COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Pours amber with a fully receding tan head. Aroma of blueberries, flowery hops, and spicy yeast. Taste is citric, hoppy, and flowery. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. Not bad, pretty enjoyable.

It’s a dark golden beer with at large, creamy and very lasting head. The aroma is characterized by aroma hops and a bit of caramel. I also find a lot of aroma hops and notes of fruit and caramel and a light sweetness in the flavour, before a nice, but not extreme, bitterness hits the tongue. Yet another nice beer from Avery.

Bottle. Poured a golden color with a 1 finger white head. Kinda grainy aroma. Has a tart taste and hops.

Uncapping releases an immediate rush of bubbles. Cloudy tangerine in the glass with a few swirls of finely-beaded foam. Lees in the bottle. Massive diacetyl nose with citrus zest, pine, and lavender. Flat malt flavor with orange and black pepper accents. Stale? Husky and tannic. Lightish and oily; carbonation simultaes fullness. There is far more zigzag lace left in the glass than there is foam on the beer’s surface. Yummy herbal bitter finish and aftertaste are highlights of the experience. Malt/hop balance is perfect for style, but overall a flabby and dull.

Amber, white head, citrus and caramel aroma, sweet flavor, lots of caramel, moderate hop finish. Earth and dough as well

Light maber body with nice off white head that laced. Aroma was pine, grapefruit and lemony hops. Flavour was full of hops but nicely balanced with rich bready malts. Simple but well executed.

Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is of light malts and bitter hops. Pale malt flavor with bitter hop twang finish. Decent mouthfeel.

Bottle: Clear dark gold with a nice off-white head. The aroma speaks of citrusy and Christmas tree hops. The flavor is malty though with a slightly cardboard bitterness to follow (at times, almost metallic). The body is average and it is a smooth beverage to drink with an overall aftertaste of wheat. A good beverage!
