COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Copper with a thick white head. Floral notes stinging the nostrils. Lots of malts, and quite bitter. Spicy, maybe of cloves. Starts out quite crisp, then to the bitter, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste.

Poured from bottle into a shaker, it had a light tan head (med retention) on top of a clear, coppery colored body. Caramel- type malts and some herbal hops in the aroma. Flavor showcased more continental hops. Medium- bodied and well balanced. Very drinkable!

12 oz. bottle from Morgan’s. Drank on 7/25/06. Very clear. Light copper, nice 1+" creamy white head. Drops very slowly. Huge lacing. Big layer of foam stays around until the end. Aroma - not too strong. Faint scent of some bready type malts. Little bit of spicy type english hops. Flavor - nice and bitter on the tongue. Really nice and balanced through the swallow. Some classic ESB flavors after the swallow. Mostly some mellow, bready malty flavors. Really good. Pal - Solid medium. Good carb. Overall - Really good ESB, which is more and more becoming one of my favorite styles. Nice bitterness, but overwhelming flavors are malty. Easy drinking and plenty of flavor. This one is going to become a standard in my beer fridge.

Bottled. Pale golden colour, mediumsized bubblyish head. Strong hoppy and honeyish aroma. The flavour is mainly flowery hops. Strong hayish hoppy aftertaste.
