COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

In the bottle. Pours gold with a reticulated white foamy head. Amazing web-like lacing coats the sides of the glass with enthusiastic adhesion. Aroma mild with a tea-like scent. Long, long bitter aftertaste. A slow burn, if you will. The palate is balanced- bitter, malt caramel, and gypsum. Not at all over the top, just darn good.

Pours clear copper with a white soapy head. Aromas strikes me as being sweet and citric. Medium body with a creamy frothy feel, but the carbonation is spritzy and sharp. Taste has sweet malt with spicy hops. Fizzy carbonation comes in - after the carbonation effect dies off what’s left is spciy hops with bits of woodiness. The taste seems to have traces of tea. An okay ESB.

Great frgrant floral nose, smooth malty characteristics, with a dry bitterness coming through after every swallow. Pretty well balanced, with not alot going on as far as flavor, but pretty easy to drink.

Hoppy-flowery. Malty. .. .. Clear, orange, Med white head. .. Sharp (carbonation). Bitter w/ some malt. Malty Finish. .. . Prickly carbonation. Med / Lt body. .. .. Not too bad. Not terribly exciting, maybe too malty for an ESB???

Bottle. Clear bright copper colour. Small white head. Medium to high bitterness, slightly rough. The flavour has some bonbon. Rough aftertaste and thin mouthfeel.

Bottle. Amber in colour with a medium sized white head. Slightly floral and hoppy. Fells very "clean" and has a mild maltyness.

Smokey, yeasty, vaguely fishy aroma. Orange-tinged gold, not one of their better labels. Lightly candied, vegetable, musty, moderately bitter. Bittering shows in the finish. I worry over the commercial description "simulate English hard water" clause - does "treatment" mean adding chalk to the water? Overall, a caricature of an English bitter, but without cohesiveness.
