COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Light orange and gold with a nice creamy head. Very malty with a little bitterness. Has a very creamy feeling with a bit of nuttyness. Nice full mouth and a bit dry on the finish.

Pours clear copper with a huge, creamy white head. Aroma of malt, hops, some caramel, and fruit. Tastes malty, with hints of iced tea tannins, slight berries, and the aforementioned hops.citrus/malt. The palate is medium density, and the finish is dry and somewhat bitter. This one has some mild ale qualities. Definitely quaffable.

The aroma is very hoppy. The color is amber and it has a small white head. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy - a nice ESB.

Ok the beer pours a nice light brown, next to zero head..some good lace though. Very nice and uplifting aroma strong malts that match the hop aroma. This is a really tasty ESB, and as the "blurb" says it is balaned rather in the English way. That is while the hops are there and the bitterness abounds near the end, also the malts at the start are strong and complex enough to match the hops..good stuff. Fells pretty smooth on the palte and this is a very drinkable ale..very nice.

The color is a dark amber, but light for an ESB. has a medium head. Aroma of iced tea and touch of honey. The taste is iced tea with a little bit of orange and some flowers. I like this one, but it lacks the creamy mouthfeel of the better ESB’s I have had. Still, this would make a good session.

Bottle: Pours a clear amber to copper color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is pleasant enough, but little balance is evident between the ingredients..earthy hops dominate. Flavor is somewhat pedestrian, with no real standout qualities.. NOt bad just typical somehow. Body is thinnish.

Bottled: Orange coloured. Clear. Off white medium head. Malty and hoppy aroma. Some flowery notes. Flavour is hoppy, sweet and fruity. Quite fresh. Ends with a medium bitterness but diminishes quite quick. Thin body.

Pours a clear copper (with some suspended particles) with a small off-white head. Malty aroma. Taste is very floral/grapefruity and hoppy with caramel malt. Very nicely balanced, perfect amount of sweetness. I found the taste to be moderately bitter. Nice hoppy finish. Mouthfeel is full, round and creamy. Very solid.

Slightly hazy orange-copper body. Topped by a frothy off-white head. Big hoppy aroma, mostly herbal with some citrus. The flavor is nice, herbal hops and some earthy malts but it is a bit thin with the malts. Medium-light body bitter caramel finish.
