COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Pours a nice golden color with a light head. Not much of an aroma, but a slight smell of hops. Taste is pretty light with some citrus and hops, without being overly hoppy. Pleasant, but nothing special

Pours a golden color with a thin white head - very little lacing. Aroma of malt, hops and some grasses. A balanced flavor with a slight citrus taste - easy drinking but not not much substance to thsi one.

Pours a clear golden yellow color with a thin foamy off-white head that immediately fades into a very thin ring that eventually disappears leaving no lacing. Floral hop aroma with a slight malt presence and a very unpleasant vegetable presence that is very off-putting. Clean and crisp with a subtle hop bite. Very watered down with very little malt backbone and a slight dry finish. One dimensional and very unimpressive. This was a pretty big let down from a brewery that I usually enjoy very much.

On tap at brewery. Pours a deep gold and copper color with an off white head that is one finger thick. Smell is light hops and not much else. Taste boasts a malted thickness with a bit of hop bitterness in the finale. Mouthfeel is smooth, with a crisp bite from the moderate carbonation.

Thanks to Dmac for this bottle. Pours out a clear, well carbonated light amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of some bready grains and some grassy hops. Taste is clean with bread and grain notes, some grassy hops and a sweet malt touch in there too. Good brew from a style I find rather boring sometimes.

[Bottle] Pours a deep amber color with plenty of foamy white head. Aroma of light hopping and some biscuit/bread. Taste is pretty much identical with a grassy and slightly floral finish. Dry and a little sweet overall. Not bad.

Very nice pour, no foam. Very smooth taste. The appearance was a little too clear for my taste. I look for that darker hazier appearance. Overall, very pleasant.

Pretty straightforward ESB. I’m a big Avery fan, but this one’s not up to their standards. Generally sweet with a bit of tang in the finish. Malty with a citrusy hop flavor. Finish is dry. A little spritzy.
