COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Bottle. Pours sparkling orange with a small fizzy white head, somewhat lasting, fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, cereal, meal), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apple and butter. Light bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

DocLock (5966) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 25, 2004
Pours clear copper with a huge, creamy white head. Aroma of malt, hops, some caramel, and fruit. Tastes malty, with hints of iced tea tannins, slight berries, and the aforementioned hops.citrus/malt. The palate is medium density, and the finish is dry and somewhat bitter. This one has some mild ale qualities. Definitely quaffable.

Bottle poured a clear amber with an off white head. Aroma was light carmel, a bit of citrus and an unknown aroma somewhere between grapes and cat piss. Palate is crisp. Flavors of bread, light citrus, and a hint of apples. A decent session beer but I prefer more hops please.

Bottle from total wine. This one is average at best. Pours an amber color wtih a small whitish head. Aroma is a good dose of hops and some malt wtih a hint of some type of grain. Flavor isnt bad so much as boring and bland. Not nearly enough bite in this one.

Ughsmash (5818) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 15, 2005
Bottle. Clear deep amber pour with a light cap of white head. Aroma picked up fresh grapefruit, sweet caramel, and some herbal/floral hops. Hoppy and very bitter on the palate... I really think this is mis-classed. A whole lotta hops in the flavor... grapefruit, wet grass, dried flowers, and herbs. Dry caramel base was well-placed. I’m rating this as an E.S.B., and I thought it was really well-done.

Bottle. Pours a golden amber body with a white 1 finger head. Light floral hop notes, dusty resins, grapefruit, tea and pine. Bitter earthiness with light caramel malt in the background. Simple, sessionable.
