Tap at brewery. Really enjoyed it. As the designated driver this was tasty enough to drink when not driving.

Sampled at GABF 2012. Pours a clear gold with one ring of off white head. Nice floral aroma, pine needles, light malt, wet sticky hops. Sweet malty flavors, lemon, grapefruit, the citrus is all very mild, some biscuit too. Dry, zesty finish.

As "3 Point 5 Session Ale".
Clear golden color, white head. Sort of thin, malty taste. Medium thin mouthfeel, dry finish. High bitterness. Malty and hoppy taste.

Sampled on tap at the Avery Taproom on 9/28/2012. This American Pale Ale pours a light gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, fruity and hoppy. A medium to light bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. A touch of grain, some malts and some hops is a very nicely mixed. Definitely a good session ale. Very nice crisp and dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is a lingering slight bitterness.

On draft at Avery. I applaud the low abv, but the formulation needs work, as the taste is unremarkable, thin, and it lacks the hop punch promised by the name. Least favorite of the many exceptional beers I enjoyed there. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clearish dark gold with a nice persistent foamy white head. Grassy hop aroma with a touch of earthiness on the nose. Flavor has a really light body, though has a full and pleasant flavor. Smooth grassy leafy hop taste with a mellow sweetness from some grainy cereal notes. Nice bitterness from a beer so small, but that fresh lupulin-y tone gets annoying after a while.

On tap at Avery. Light golden. Mostly pine with some earth. Fairly heavy hops and fairly bitter. Light and crisp.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2012 On tap at Avery brewpub, where it was called something other than what RB has here - 3points session ale, I think. This was a totally superior light summer ale. It is hoppy and easy on the malts, with a low ABV - very fresh and tasty, with a little citrus and pine. Excellent - and not like any other brew that I can think of.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow with big fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of biscuity bread, some spicy and floral notes with a touch of grass, slight yeast notes as well with a hint of earth. Taste is sweet biscuit and bread, spicy and floral hops give way to a grassy, earthy middle, finishing fairly bitter. Pretty tasty but not much in there.
