COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’re hopheads. We LOVE hops. Just can’t seem to get enough of them. To satisfy our lupulin desires and to commemorate our anniversary, we’ve created ELEVEN. Describing this double IPA as "aggressively hopped" is an understatement. Words cannot describe what your olfactory senses are about to enjoy. Yes, it’s hoppy. Shockingly hoppy. 90 IBUs.

Pours with a huge white head that went away after a few minutes. The aroma is vanilla, some orange cream and a little bit of pine. The taste is very smooth and has some malt backbone. The taste is a little bit of pine, orange peel and a hint of butterscotch. Absolutely delicious and very well balanced. A delicious IIPA. I am very happy and will get some more bottles at the next chance I get. The hops are not overly dominated by pine or orange peel, just a nice balance.

Poured a copper color with a large white head and nice lacing. Aroma of piney hops, vanilla, and grapefruit. Bitter and piney hop taste, light alcohol.

Assertive pine-orange hop nose. The hops went straight to my ears. Hazy orange with thin white head that diminished to ring. Aggressive hop flavour and bitterness. Body a bit thin. Sure it’s shockingly hoppy, but there’s not a lot else to be found. Bottle sampled with beerhugger, CapFlu, DumDum, muzzlehatch, radiomgb and Rastacouere.

22 oz bottle shared with less excitement than expected with DumDum, beerhugger, radiomgb, CapFlu, tiggmtl, Rastacouere. Solid amber, bit o’ head. Nice sweet, honey-hop nose...very sweet but also fairly harshly hoppy on the tongue...this was fairly late in the session and I honestly wasn’t as on as I could have been, but for me it was just OK...just didn’t stand up to some of the other heavyweights we hit.

Poured clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is big on the citurs fruits as well as sweet caramel and light alcohol. Flavor was malty..brown sugar and caramel and hints of floral hop flavors. Long bitter hop finish. Semi-dry and medium bodied.

This vintaged bottle aged 1 1/2 years poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored long lasting bubbles on top of a copper brown colored body. As it was sampled, the head left a thick lacing around my mug. The aroma was mildly hoppy and the mouth feel was tingly from start to finish with a strong hop flavor that lingered around for a while.

Bottled. Courtesy of mmather. Pours a orange copper with a medium white head. Nose is hoppy and piney. Strong hops but has a nice underlying sweetness to it. Some maple and sweet malt. Taste is very hoppy as well but again has a pleasant sweetness to it to balance it out. Pine, orange oil, bittersweet notes and light floralness. Body is bitter but well rounded. Light sharpness. Finishes with more big hop flavor and bitterness along with a decent malt backbone. Good beer!

Hazy orange color with no head. There is a slightly hoppy and piney aroma with some grasses as well. The taste is surprisingly subdued, yet still offers up a hit of bitterness and hops.

Bottle pours golden, large cream colored frothy head, spotty lacing, with subtle carbonation.   Hops, caramel, and apple on the nose.   Forwardly fruity, apple, with notes of hops.   Slight malty backbone with hints of alcohol.   Body and mouthfeel are decent.   Not as offensive as I thought this was going to be.   Rather easy and refreshing.   Thanks goes out to TChrome for the trade!

Thaks to Fly for delivering this gem to me in Austin. Dark orange appearance with an extemely frothy thick head; excellent lacing - looks very appetizing. Fresh floral aroma with some soft fruity accents - pears and nectarines perhaps. Flavor has some hoppy citrusy notes to it - but not tongue numbing. Has a good malty backbone to back it up. Not as one dimensional as some of these Imp IPAs tend to be. Catch a faint taste of alcohol in the back end, but otherwise it is hidden very well - the mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Chalk me up as satisfied and impressed.
