Raisins, cherries and dark fruit. Medium- full body with soft carbonation. Overall, this was a pleasure to drink. Would be a great after dinner sipper.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from IrishBoy. Pours very dark brown with a creamy/bubbly tan head. Aroma is a bit of oxidation with a lot of treacle. Full bodied. Flavor has some oxidation, but there’s a lot of dark fruit, treacle and roast malt. It is finishing just off dry, and not too bitter. Still it’s tempting to say dry and bitter. The post-finish suggests cola. This ale has aged really well. Quite delicious.
