On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Nose is tart green apples, white grape, and oak. Light malt and funk, some grassy notes, apple pie, and sour cider. Flavor is kind of cidery as well. Tart green apple, white grape, oak, and a touch of malt. Light sweetness, some grass, and apple pie.

On tap at Avery Sour Fest poured a hazy orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of apple, carmel, barnyard funk and citus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of apple, carmel, citrus and light barnyard funk with a crisp dry lingering tart finish.

Tap at Avery Sour Fest 3. Pours clear orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is apples, honey, straw and meal malt, light tartness and barnyard notes. Flavor is tart, barnyard, apple, straw malt, light bitterness, honey and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

GABF weekend 2012. Pours with a hazy peachy hued body with a large white head that slowly fades. Aromas are of green apple, medium acidity, floral honey, vanillin, lactone, calvados. Flavors are of apple, lightly sulfury, nicely acidic. Bright fruit, strongly apple, medium funk notes and phenols. Bright, clean and acidic. Really cool fruit character!

Tap @ Avery SourFest III. Orangish appearance with little head. Light pear, lemon citrusy, a touch spicy yeasty, tart aroma. Apple is faint in the flavor but there are more notes of oak, apricot, lemon citrus, and a bit bready/spicy yeast.

draft. green apple and wet cardboard malt throughout, nose and flavor. droopy and flabby body with medium-low infection. oxidized caramel malts and hard cider alcohol notes present. mild-to-medium acid, medium-hveay body; ultimately described as syrupy with an unpleasant flavor.
