Quite a bit of Brett character woven into the other characters, which make this quite enticing to the nose. Very neat experiment! BlackForestCO (479), Fort Collins and Black Forest, Colorado, USA Apr 15, 2008 On tap. Poured a lightly hazy golden-orange color with a moderate fizzy white head that left some lacing. Aroma of barnyard, brett, funk, some citrus, and a hint of wine. Flavor starts out with a nice dry, cobweb flavor with light citrus and funk that leads into a nice tart brett finish with hints of wine grapes and oak. Spritzy and full on the palate. Definitely something I wish Avery would bottle. BeerandBlues2 (2411), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Apr 14, 2008 Draught at the 6th Boulder Strong Ale Festival.
